Proasia Catering Company Limited is a Hong Kong company. It's established in 2000 by Mr. Chan, Tak Po. Mr. Chan, Tak Po, born and raised in Hong Kong, is a Master Chef with a unique view and insistence when it comes to providing the utmost quality of tasting experience to customers. In the early 1980s, Mr. Chan searched around the whole world to find the best source of materials to create world-class quality products. From a poolside restaurant to the country-level banquet, Mr. Chan received the highest feedback from his customers all around the world. Mr. CHAN Tak Po is one of the China's National Master Chefs and the Hong Kong's nine-star Master Chef. He has very strict requirements on food and cooking methods. Mr. Chan also owns two Guinness Book of Records for making huge 480Kg Chinese Dragon Boat Festival Dumpling in 1997 and another one in 2050 Kg 2002. It took him 20 years of perseverance and determination to complete his astonishing book, "The 68 Chapters of Chinese Cookery" (中国烹调法 ~ 六十八章经). He has been nicknamed the "Hidden God of Cooking"（隐世厨神）. On 10 July 2023 Mr. Chan Tak Po was interviewed by China CCTV. The programme theme is Persistence on the tip of the tongue.
